מדיניות פרטיות
אנו מתחייבים לשמירה על פרטיות המשתמשים. נתונים אישיים כגון שם, טלפון, כתובת ודוא"ל יישמרו במאגר העסק ולא יועברו לצדדים שלישיים ללא אישור, למעט לצורך השלמת עסקה (כגון חברות שילוח). הנתונים שייאספו ישמשו לצרכים פנימיים בלבד, כגון תיאום שירותים, שיווק ממוקד, שליחת עדכונים ומתן תמיכה. העסק עושה שימוש בפרוטוקולי הצפנה מאובטחים. פרטי אשראי אינם נשמרים במערכות העסק וכל תשלום מתבצע דרך מערכות סליקה מאובטחות.
דיוור אישי
- המשתמש מסכים כי בעת השארת פרטיו באתר או במהלך התקשרות עם ER99 BOX יוכל לקבל מהחברה הודעות SMS ועדכונים באמצעים אלקטרוניים (כגון WhatsApp) לרבות בדוא"ל או כל פלטפורמה דיגיטלית אחרת.
- הודעות אלה עשויות לכלול עדכונים בנוגע לשירותים קיימים או חדשים, הצעות שיווקיות, הודעות מערכת, מבצעים תקופתיים והזמנות לאירועים.
- כל הודעת דיוור שתישלח תכלול אפשרות ברורה ונגישה להסרה מרשימת התפוצה באמצעות לחיצה על קישור ייעודי או פנייה בכתב לחברה.
- המשתמש רשאי לפנות לחברה בכל עת בבקשה לעדכן או למחוק את פרטיו ממאגר הדיוור, והחברה תפעל בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הפרטיות.
- העסק ישתמש בכלי ניתוח נתונים על מנת להתאים את הדיוור לצרכים ולהעדפות של המשתמש ככל שניתן מבלי לחשוף מידע אישי לגורמים חיצוניים.
- העסק רשאי להפסיק את שירות הדיוור האישי בכל עת, באופן חד-צדדי, לפי שיקול דעתו הבלעדי, ללא צורך במתן הודעה מוקדמת.
Privacy Policy

The business will use data analysis tools to tailor mailings to the user's needs and preferences as much as possible without disclosing personal information to external parties.
The business may discontinue the personal mailing service at any time, unilaterally, at its sole discretion, without the need for prior notice.
